mindfulness
"Drink your tea slowly and reverently,
as if it is the axis
on which the world earth revolves
- slowly, evenly, without
rushing toward the future;
Live the actual moment.
Only this moment is life."
Thich Nhat Hanh

the Art.
Existence goes on renewing itself every moment.
You should keep in tune with existence, never ask otherwise.
That is the root cause of misery: when it is night, you cry for the day;
when it is day, you cry for the rest of the night.
Then life becomes a misery. But you can make it a paradise
just by accepting whatever is given to you with a grateful heart.
Don't judge whether it is good or bad. Your gratefulness will transform everything into a beautiful experience; it will deepen your awareness, will heighten your love, and will make you a beautiful flower with a beautiful fragrance.
Learn the art of total acceptance.
Gautama Buddha calls this the philosophy of "thusness":
Whatever is,
accept it as the nature of reality.
Don't even imagine to go against it- follow it wherever it leads you to because chances are it will take you exactly where you need to be.

fetishize.
they live a life of debt
starving and carving their way through
can’t wait for the sunset
hopeful that the day
will actually be new
others, living in diamond pearls
spending and wasting their way through
believing they own the world
complaining when their
clothes are used
we glorify
and fetishize
the things that lead us to our death
and we magnify
every vain mind
empty of altruistic sense
deep, deep, deep down in
we’re all agrarian romantics
but with Distraction disabling
we struggle to have a real awakening
because the pursuit of life, liberty, and happiness
is only real to those who can actually purchase it.
